The final round of knockout fixtures in the Ikeja Divisional Qualifiers lived up to expectations, delivering an electrifying display of attacking football, drama, and a cascade of goals.

In the opening game of the day, Amsterdam FA bounced back from an early setback to produce a commanding performance against Ballers FA, running out 6-3 winners. Ballers FA struck first through Segun, but their early advantage was quickly overturned. Amsterdam FA responded with clinical precision, led by Timothy and Sodiq, who both bagged braces. Additional goals from Gbenga and David sealed the emphatic win, booking Amsterdam’s place in the semifinals.

The day’s second encounter was no less explosive, as Blood and Sand FC overwhelmed Devinely Blessed FC in a one-sided 8-3 goal-fest. The duo of Sammy and Alabi stole the spotlight, each recording a hat trick to put the result beyond doubt. Goals from Ebube and Daniel added to the tally, delivering the final blow to Devinely Blessed and propelling Blood and Sand into the final four.

With the knockout dust settled, attention now turns to the semifinal clashes scheduled for Tuesday, April 23, 2025, at El Cesped Pitch, located on Victoria Odeniran Street, Salvation Road, Opebi, Ikeja, Lagos.
