No, the organizers will provide the kits to be worn by the participating teams.
The tournament will take place in 5 divisions in Lagos (for now). The divisions include Ikorodu, Ikeja and its environs, Epe, Badagry and Eti-Osa area.
The 8 teams will play knock out, the remaining 4 teams will play semi-finals. 3 teams will emerge from each division to play the major tournament to be played also in Lagos.
